Cancellation Policy
Explorer’s Outing – Policies (Summary)
Full payment is required in advance. All payments are non-refundable.
Each booking allows up to two (2) reschedules with 48 hours’ notice.
Explorer’s Outings do not expire and reschedule based on availability.
Visits take place on select weekdays only.
Designed for children up to 7 years old.
Schools must provide active adult supervision at all times.
Grip socks are required for all children.
Children must arrive healthy and symptom-free.
Activities are optional and require prior coordination with Wonder Kids Playland.
Wonder Kids Playland reserves the right to end a visit for safety reasons (for example, severe weather) and update policies as needed.
