Cancellation Policy
Guests must complete full payment at the time of booking to reserve a play session. Guests may reschedule a booking up to two (2) times with at least 24 hoursโ notice, subject to availability. Each play session applies only to the reserved date and time. Play sessions welcome children up to 7 years old. All children must wear grip socks while using the play areas. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times and remain responsible for their safety during the visit. Children must arrive healthy and symptom-free to participate in play sessions. All guests must read the playground rules and complete the required waiver available on the Wonder Kids Playland website before participating. Wonder Kids Playland may refuse entry or end a play session if guests do not follow safety rules. Wonder Kids Playland may update these policies at any time to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
